This leadership-focused role takes charge of core platform architecture development, key technical breakthroughs and team technical mentoring, leading the structural innovation and full-cycle iteration of high-end fully automatic coffee machines to support the global business expansion of Midea coffee appliances.

Career Development
As the core technical leader of the coffee machine structural team, this position undertakes the strategic technical layout of fully automatic coffee machine structural platforms and innovative technologies. The incumbent will independently lead key technical R&D projects, formulate product structure technical standards and iteration routes, undertake team technical training and talent cultivation, and grow into the top technical expert responsible for the global structural system of Midea fully automatic coffee machines.
Job Responsibilities
* Lead Full-cycle Product R&D: Serve as the technical leader for fully automatic coffee machine structural development, take ownership of end-to-end product development procedures including structural scheme definition, core structure design, performance verification, prototype iteration and mass production launch. Lead the team to identify, analyze and resolve critical structural and process bottlenecks throughout commercialization.
* Lead New Technology & Platform Strategic Development: Dominate forward-looking pre-research and technical reserve of cutting-edge coffee machine structural technologies. Independently lead the architecture definition, technical standard formulation and full-stack development of new-generation coffee machine public platforms, build scalable, modular and standardized structural platform systems, and support long-term serialized product innovation iteration.
* Technical Leadership & Team Mentorship: Deeply understand overseas end-user habits, regional market demands and industry technical trends of coffee machines. Combine market requirements and technical advantages to lead innovative structural development projects. Provide professional technical guidance and mentoring for junior engineers to improve the overall technical capability of the R&D team.
* Team Collaboration & Technical Breakthrough: Possess excellent cross-department communication and expression capabilities. Actively explore innovative solutions in emerging technical directions, cooperate closely with supply chain, manufacturing and marketing teams, and deliver high-quality mass-producible coffee machine products.
Job Qualifications
* Professional Leading Experience: Over 10 years of specialized structural R&D experience in pressure-type coffee machines; candidates with leading experience in fully automatic coffee machine platform architecture development, team technical leadership and mass production project delivery are prioritized.
* Comprehensive Competencies: Outstanding technical learning ability, innovative thinking, problem analysis and troubleshooting capabilities. Skilled in project planning, progress control and time management, with stable project delivery awareness.
* Process & Craft Literacy: Proficient in plastic and metal material characteristics, mold design principles and manufacturing processes. Familiar with structural assembly logic, tolerance matching and mass production verification standards for household coffee appliances.
* Product Development Awareness: Master standard home appliance product development processes and factory manufacturing procedures. Equipped with forward-looking innovative thinking, capable of optimizing product structure to improve user experience, reduce production costs and enhance product stability.
