The Role: A s the Accountant, you will join our Team in Heidelberg and support Finance. Your Responsibilities: Take care on and book supplier invoices Prepare supplier payments Make accruals and not invoiced services or materials Controls Purchase orders Prepares Account Reconciliation Perform month end close duties Reconciliation of ICO balances Book Fixed Assets Support Finance HR Manager Substitute of AR accountant Requirements: Min 3 years experience in Bookkeeping and Tax Confident handling of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and/or asset accounting Experience assisting with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing tasks Solid understanding of bookkeeping logic, chart of accounts, and compliance rules Availability during peak periods (e.g., month-end close) At Chromalox, we are not just an employer but a champion of equal opportunities and inclusivity.
