We are seeking a skilled IT Operations Technician to join our manufacturing operations site in Altshausen.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead continuous improvements and ensure the reliability and efficiency of our IT infrastructure
* Drive on-site IT projects and act as the technical bridge between local business teams and central IT
* Deliver hands-on L2 support, resolving complex issues to maintain efficient operations
* Monitor help desk trends and identify recurring challenges to drive improvements across IT services
Requirements:
* Extensive professional experience as an IT technician or system administrator with a strong focus on L2 support within a manufacturing environment
* Experience in first-line SAP support is considered an advantage
* Proven project management skills
* Excellent command of spoken and written German and English
