Purpose
Develop and execute the global ticketing, hospitality and guest program strategy for all FIFA and UEFA related football events included in our sponsorship contract with these associations.
Develop and implement - by considering the needs of the adidas global organization and network, adidas business relevance and under the guidance of the Head of FIFA and UEFA Affairs - in consulting the Senior Managers for FIFA & UEFA- new concepts and programs in this category.
Key Accountabilities
* Strategic: Development of global Ticketing/Hospitality concept/strategy – in coordination with Head of FIFA/UEFA Affairs and by considering adidas HQ and region/market needs.
* Ensure an activation concept/strategy of guest programme by integrating key adidas concepts/products in line with overall adidas strategy and positioning
* Agency Management: Manage the selection of agencies following the defined procurement mandates and thereafter lead and steer the relationship with the respective event agency and ensure all projects are executed perfectly.
* Project Management: for hospitality and ticketing programmes act as lead contact and liaison for and between adidas functions: from Sales to Brands to Finance and Legal as well as the region/market network.
* Prepare, organize and execute the events, including strategic planning and conceptions – fully supported by selected event execution agency.
* Continually develop expertise and knowledge of Hospitality and Ticketing concepts and provide meaningful input to the Marketing Plans for the different FIFA/UEFA Events
* Scouting of new trends, event ideas and other marketing activities
* Define and manage the necessary budgets for these programs in connection with the Senior Director FIFA & UEFA
* Ensure cost effectiveness of the hospitality and ticketing packages and programs.
* Check allocated budget on a quarterly basis.
* Implement for every FIFA/UEFA event an adapted handling and monitoring system for ticket request in line with compliance and taxation protocols
* Develop and maintain working relationship with key external counterparts (FIFA/UEFA/Sponsor Family) and network with internal/external business partners
* Represent or be part of the adidas team at FIFA/UEFA events in cooperation with the Senior Managers or the Senior Director of FIFA & UEFA.
* Assume responsibility for all administrative tasks linked to ticketing and hospitality (VAT issues, invoice payment, recharge handling)
* Consult Senior Director and Senior Managers FIFA & UEFA in the respective future contract negotiations in the context of Hospitality Programs and ticketing

Qualifications
1. University degree focused on Marketing / Event Marketing with min of 6 years industry experience OR Expert with comparable knowledge in relevant area and min of 5 years industry experience
2. Fluency in German and English (written and oral); good command of other languages advantageous
3. Advanced skills with MS Office
