Based in London, with opportunities to work from other European offices like Paris or Rome, you’ll manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities. How you'll make an impact
In this role, you’ll work closely with clients and carriers to deliver tailored reinsurance solutions. You’ll manage an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive excellent service and support. You’ll also identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with carriers.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Analysing client needs and designing bespoke reinsurance solutions.
* Negotiating competitive terms and presenting recommendations.
* Collaborating with colleagues across different locations to deliver results.
* Using your project management skills to ensure smooth processes.
About You
You’re someone who enjoys solving problems and building relationships. You’re proactive, commercial, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has experience in reinsurance, either from a broker or carrier background.
* Communicates clearly and effectively.
* Is organised and detail-oriented.
* Brings a positive attitude and a drive to develop new business opportunities.
* Speaks additional languages like Spanish, French, or Italian (a bonus, not essential).
