Your tasks
8. Control and coordination of all project participants, including planners, inspectors and the executing general contractor, in the approval process.
9. Taking on the role of interface manager to various trades
10. Professional advice and support for subcontractors regarding project framework conditions, etc.
11. Planning and implementation of outdoor facilities
12. Coordination of the detailed planning and assessment of the plausibility of planning services
Your profile
13. Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, landscape architecture or a comparable field
14. Several years of professional experience in project management and project control for larger construction projects
15. Knowledge of managing performance phases 5 to 9
16. Experience in turnkey planning and execution
17. Knowledge in the coordination of commissioning and in technical documentation
18. Excellent negotiation skills
19. Structured and prioritized work methods
20. Customer- and company-oriented mindset
21. High sense of responsibility and teamwork skills
