Key Responsibilities
* Acquire and build business relationships with new clients and intermediaries from France, based in Luxembourg and reporting to the Head of Business Development.
* Contribute to growth strategy and develop value proposition for the organization.
* Identify business opportunities through research of existing and new customers.
* Maintain market knowledge to detect and anticipate commercial opportunities.
* Collaborate across business lines for new business leads and excellent after-sales service.
* Utilize internal CRM systems for tracking business development activities.
Requirements
* Proven sales track record.
* Strong network of private customers and financial intermediaries in France.
* Excellent knowledge of products and services required by French private customers and intermediaries.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to build sustainable partnerships.
* Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
* High level of integrity and ethics.
* Relevant university background in Finance or related field.
* Fluent in French and English, additional languages an advantage.
