We are looking for a seasoned wine expert to join our team. Our resort is a haven for relaxation and culinary enthusiasts. We present ourselves as a hideaway in rural idyll and cannot be compared to traditional family or grand hotels. We welcome you on our 75-hectare private grounds in the Holsteinian Switzerland, directly on the 3-kilometer-long natural beach of the Baltic Sea.

The enchanting park landscape forms the framework of your stay in nature. The individually designed suites and rooms are located in ten buildings on the grounds and have been lovingly restored, partly according to historical models and inspired by the original use. Each building and each room is a unique piece of art.

Job Type: Full-time
1. Advise our guests and provide personalized recommendations for evening drinks and wine selection in our 2-star gourmet restaurant Courtier.

2. Design the wine and spirits menu and are responsible for purchasing wines.
">
3. Conduct professional and charming wine tastings with our discerning guests.
">
4. Train our staff on wine-related topics.
">
5. Maintain our wine cellar and support inventory management.
">
6. Support the restaurant manager operationally in day-to-day business.
">
7. Are responsible for training apprentices and students.
">
8. Prepare the restaurant according to standards for the evening and charmingly host our castle guests in the afternoon.

9. Create the perfect wine accompaniment to our changing menus.

10. Are ready to work with us to exceed our already achieved goals with passion and flexibility, making our restaurant Courtier one of the best in Germany in the long term.
