We are a premium electric vehicle and technology solutions brand from Geely Holding Group, one of world’s largest automotive companies. Our cars have finally arrived in Germany, we are building up the Zeekr brand form the ground, there has never been a better time to join the team. The role As Head of Sales, you report to the Managing Director Zeekr Germany. You are responsible for leading the sales team to achieve the annual/quarterly sales targets.
Formulate and implement regional sales strategies, optimize sales models and improve sales efficiency.
Manage and develop the dealer network supported by the network development manager in the German market. Lead the current insides sales team (interim solution), build up the traditional NSC dealer sales team in cooperation with the B2B Fleet team.
Lead the Sales Ops team to secure efficient logistics.
Coordinate with marketing, after-sales and other departments to ensure the smooth implementation of sales-related work and improve customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs in the three countries, propose timely adjustment plans for sales strategies.
Take ownership in building up the Zeekr Sales team in Germany.
At least 8 years of sales management experience in the German market, with proven experience in leading sales teams and achieving sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade or related majors.
