We are seeking a Customer Service MRT Event Manager to join our team. This role will involve providing on-site maintenance services to customers in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
About the Job
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating operational and commercial aspects of customer support, including stakeholder management. Your tasks will include:
* Provision of on-site maintenance services to customers
* Customer experience and relationship management
* Reporting and reconciliation with suppliers
* Customer-focused project management
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A successful degree in relevant studies such as business administration, logistics or engineering
* Customer and solutions-oriented approach
* Comfortable dealing with complex situations
* Technical interest and basic knowledge of aircraft engines or aviation industry
* Proactive mindset and ability to work in a dynamic international environment
* Structured approach to open tasks and good prioritisation skills
* Fluency in English
* Professional knowledge of MS Office and SAP
