Office Manager / Intern / Trainee (m/f/d) in Berlin
Your Responsibilities
* You will support the executive management, including assistant duties, ongoing scheduling, general research tasks, and taking dictations – in both German and English.
* You will be responsible for correspondence with our international offices, both by phone and email.
* You will coordinate appointments and meetings.
* You will be supported by 2–3 other office staff members (m/f/d) and will coordinate various day-to-day tasks for executive management.
Your Profile
* You have successfully completed your training or studies.
* You possess strong management and planning skills, are highly organized, and capable of multitasking.
* You are a team player and apply your intercultural competencies confidently in daily work.
* You demonstrate high resilience and flexibility and maintain a calm demeanor even on stressful workdays.
* You are fluent in German and English, and have excellent MS Office skills.
