DSI Micro Matic is seeking a Sales Excellence Manager that supports the development of a more data-driven and scalable commercial setup within the Micro Matic Group. Reporting directly to the Group Chief Sales Officer (CSO), the role contributes to strengthening pricing discipline, pipeline transparency, and sales performance across regions. It works closely with Sales Directors and provides data-driven insights to support commercial decision-making. The position includes occasional international travel (approx. While the role can be performed remotely, candidates located within the Cologne/Düsseldorf area would be preferred to allow for presence at the DSI Micro Matic sales office in Bornheim and personal exchange with colleagues.
Support the development and implementation of pricing frameworks and governance (e.g. price corridors, margins, discount structures)
Ensure data quality, consistency, and transparency across regions
Translate data into structured insights to support decision-making
Sales Effectiveness
Monitor sales productivity KPIs (e.g. margin development, product mix, individual pipeline coverage)
Support the development of tools, templates, and sales processes
Sales analytics
