We are seeking a Senior Technical Engineer with a strong automotive systems perspective and industrial expertise to join our team!

Key Responsibilities :
* Lead system-level technical assessments and strategic studies, with a focus on generating insights across engineering functions and structures;
* Analyze product design, materials, and manufacturing processes to identify innovation opportunities and inform decision-making;
* Conduct cross-domain benchmarking and trend analysis to uncover forward-looking design and process strategies;
* Deliver high-impact technical reports and executive-level presentations to internal and external stakeholders;
* Support strategic alignment between engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and product development teams;
* Promote best practices and knowledge sharing across international teams (India, China, North America, France; Germany).
Project Leadership :
* Drive all stages of the project lifecycle—from scoping and planning to execution and delivery;
* Translate complex technical findings into actionable recommendations that align with business and product goals;
* Maintain project momentum and stakeholder alignment through clear communication and structured reporting.
Requirements
Experience & Background:
* 15+ years of experience in the automotive industry or related fields;
* Engineering degree or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Systems Engineering;
* Cross-functional exposure is preferred, experience in multiple domains (e.g : product and process engineering, manufacturing, R&D, is a plus;
* Experience in upstream phase development and architecture-level thinking is highly valued.
Skills & Competence:
* Strong systems engineering mindset;
* Proven ability to generate optimization ideas and influence technical strategy and direction;
* Deep understanding of engineering principles, vehicle architectures, and product lifecycle.
Personal Attributes:
* Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across cultures and disciplines;
* Self-driven, open-minded, and collaborative;
* Fluent in English (minimum B2 level), additional languages are a plus;
* Willingness to travel globally when required;
