Responsibilities:
Own and drive the development, implementation, and governance of the company’s overall strategic plan.Ensure that the planis clearly defined, continuously refined, and effectively communicated and understood across the organization
Act as a trusted advisor to the CEOandExecutiveLeadershipTeam,providingexpert guidance on strategic direction, planning, execution, and value creation
Own and lead all M&A activities, including deal sourcing, evaluation, execution, and relationship management with key stakeholders
Ensure successful post-merger integration by aligning processes, structures, systems, and resources to fully realize synergies
Lead, prioritize, and coordinate global strategic initiatives and transformation projects, ensuring measurable progress, business impact, and alignment with corporate objectives
Steer and monitor strategic performance and value creation, including defining KPIs, tracking progress, and ensuring delivery against strategic and financial targets
Qualifications:
10+ years ofinternationalexperience in strategy, corporatedevelopmentandsenior commercial roleson theIndustryside
Proven track record with strong business acumen and understanding of operations and value drivers
Experience in M&A and post-merger integration as well as leading complex strategic and transformation initiatives
Strong analytical, project, and change management skills with the ability to translate insights into action
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Executive presence with strong communication and presentation skills across all levels, leading without authorities
Ability to perform indynamicenvironments with structured execution
High integrity and ownership mindset with strong focus on results
Fluentin English,otherlanguagesbeneficial
