As Technology Manager for Installation & Commissioning (m/f/d), you ensure that new turbine designs fulfil all technical requirements for installation and commissioning (I&C). You work across engineering, prototype testing and site operations to consolidate requirements and validate solutions. Your contribution enables safe, efficient and cost‑optimized installation processes.
YOUR TASKS
* Represent Installation & Commissioning (I&C) in product development
* Consolidate technical requirements across Nordex teams
* Ensure compliance throughout the development process
* Provide electrical expertise during prototype and installation phases
* Coordinate prototype, interior and mock‑up tests
* Analyze findings and drive technical improvements
* Develop new technical I&C solutions to optimize installation processes
YOUR PROFILE
* Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
* 3–5 years experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams
* Site management experience in the wind industry is an advantage
* Experience with CAD‑PLM, MS Project and SAP
* Structured, solution‑oriented working style
* Fluent English; Spanish, Portuguese or German beneficial
