Corporate Security Administrator
As a Corporate Security Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our security systems and processes.

Job Responsibilities:
* Issuance of daily visitor passes and pre-exemption requests.
* Assisting external providers with enhanced background checks and airport badge procedures.
* Monitoring mailboxes and responding to internal and external requests.
* Coordinating company visits and ensuring compliance with authorities' requirements.
* Preparing and transmitting orders for system components and coordinating equipment repairs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least a general school leaving certificate of secondary education or equivalent.
* Bachelor's degree is considered an advantage.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communication and decision-making skills.
* Ability to handle confidential data sensitively.
* Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team.
* Fluent written and spoken English and French, with other languages a distinct advantage.
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
