About the Role
* Key Responsibilities:
* Identification and development of new business opportunities across Europe
* Management of existing accounts and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders
* Promotion and sales of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems
* Technical guidance and expertise to clients on UPS system configuration and operation
* Continuous competitor monitoring and industry trend analysis
* Monthly sales reporting to management

Requirements
* Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on technical solutions for data centers, electrical infrastructure, or similar sectors
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Results-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
* Fluent in English and willing to travel in Europe and globally
