Responsibilities - Identify and engage BD multipliers (Amazon agencies, agencies, logistics and eCom software providers, performance marketing agencies, selected associations,. - Pitch a clear, repeatable value proposition for why it makes sense for them to bring sellers to TikTok Shop—without needing to turn all of those agencies into full TSPs. - Design scalable partner motions (. referral or incentive concepts) - Generate and qualify warm seller leads and hand them over to AMs for onboarding and account ownership. - Keep focus quarterly based on category or assortment gaps (. Fashion), aligned with Category Leads and BP&O.
Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in e‑commerce operations, marketplace management, business development or partner management - Proven track record of building and managing partner ecosystems (., agencies, software providers, logistics partners, associations) - Strong understanding of seller acquisition, seller enablement and e‑commerce growth levers - Ability to craft and pitch clear value propositions to external partners and stakeholders - Experience designing scalable partner programs, referral models, or incentive structures - Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify category gaps, prioritize opportunities, and drive quarterly focus areas - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders Preferred Qualifications - Understanding of content-based e-commerce is a plus; - Entrepreneurial and collaborative. Ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of cross-functional teams. - Quick learner, proactive and resilient.
