This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to join our team as a Technical Services Manager.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of primary processes used in prototyping, manufacturing, and production. This includes scale-up and roll-out of new process technologies for Conventional and Reduced Risk Products.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing scale-up primary manufacturing processes based on fundamental identified criteria.
* Defining design elements from the process requirements.
* Setting key aspects the process must meet for installation at the Product Technology Center & factories.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A university degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent education.
* Several years of business practice in the tobacco industry (or FMCG industry) in an international environment.
* Sound knowledge of primary processing as well as experience in production processes.
