Your tasks
8. Project Management & Retrofit Management: Leading, planning, and scheduling cross-site projects (focus: replacement programs). Inspecting machines internally and at customer sites for retrofit requirements in close coordination with the relevant departments.
9. Milestone monitoring and escalation: Seamless monitoring of milestones and network plans (assembly, commissioning, shipping, customer installation). Independent initiation of corrective actions in case of delays and escalation to management as needed.
10. Interface coordination: Coordination and implementation of the project plan with all relevant departments (quality management, design, materials management, assembly, foreign trade and technical customer service).
11. Problem solving & R&D transfer: Early identification of obstacles and coordination of the implementation of design solutions from the R&D department into order-related exchange actions at the customer's site.
12. Controlling & Quality: Analysis and evaluation of assigned projects with regard to lead time, quality, and profitability. Active participation in customer complaint management.
13. Process & Reporting Excellence: Review and optimization of the order execution process ("perform exchange action") as well as the creation of transparent reports and risk communication to management and customers.
Your profile
14. Qualification: Successfully completed further training as a technician / master craftsman (m/f/d) or a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or industrial engineering.
15. Experience: Solid project management experience as well as practical expertise in process design.
16. IT skills: Good and practical user knowledge of SAP and the common MS Office programs.
17. Soft Skills & Methodology: * Analytical, systematic and very independent working style.
Strong assertiveness and extensive experience in conflict management.
High willingness to cooperate and absolute teamwork skills for working in an agile matrix organization.
18. Languages: Fluent German skills and fluent English skills, both spoken and written, for the international project environment.
