Senior Fullstack Web Developer (m/w/d)

Your role:
Full Stack Development
1. Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend components of the platform such as databases
2. Build modern, responsive user interfaces
3. Develop backend services and APIs
4. Implement authentication and authorization concepts, including SSO (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML)
5. Integrate and maintain SCORM-compliant training content and learning workflows
6. Collaborate closely with 3D/VR developers to integrate immersive training modules
7. Ensure performance, security, scalability, and reliability across the system
Quality, Testing & Monitoring
8. Contribute to test strategies and ensure high software quality
9. Create, maintain, and execute test cases
10. Collaborate with QA and product teams to define acceptance criteria
11. Analyze test results and support defect tracking and resolution
Senior-Level Responsibilities
12. Take technical ownership of key components and features
13. Drive architectural and technology decisions within the web ecosystem
14. Identify technical debt and actively improve code quality and system design
15. Review code and provide constructive, high-quality feedback
Skills & Experience
16. Several years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer, ideally in a Senior role
17. Strong experience with ASP.NET Core (C#) in enterprise-grade applications
18. Solid frontend experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
19. Experience building and maintaining REST APIs
20. Strong knowledge of SSO technologies (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML)
21. Experience with SCORM or e-learning platforms
22. Strong understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and relational database design
23. Experience with cloud-based architectures and SaaS platforms
24. Experience with test management tools
25. Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
26. Hands-on Experience with AI Coding Agents
27. Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Nice to Have
28. Experience with 3D, VR, or simulation-based software
29. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
30. Knowledge of containerization and cloud platforms (e.g. Docker, Azure, AWS)
31. Experience with enterprise customer environments (Entra ID/AD, network restrictions, certificates) and/or customer-hosted deployments (on-prem/private cloud)
