Your tasks
10. Professional and disciplinary management and organization of a team of approximately 25 employees in the area of pre-analytics / sample receipt
11. Ensuring the proper acceptance, registration and preparation of samples in accordance with ISO 15189
12. Implementation, monitoring and further development of SOPs (standard operating procedures) for all pre-analytical processes
13. Responsibility for quality assurance, key performance indicator analysis, and continuous optimization of workflows
14. Training, motivation and professional development of employees
15. Communication with submitters and internal departments, as well as participation in audits and certifications, including preparation of relevant documentation.
Your profile
16. a completed training in the human medical field (e.g., medical assistant, medical laboratory assistant, biological technical assistant) or a comparable qualification in the natural sciences
17. Several years of professional experience in a laboratory environment, ideally in pre-analytics
18. Leadership experience and a passion for motivating employees and supporting their development
19. Technical understanding, IT affinity, and a structured, quality-oriented way of working.
20. Excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills and experience working in a regulated environment (e.g. quality management / ISO 15189)
