Are you tech-savvy, have experience in payroll and want to lead a team that ensures smooth payroll processes?
Our Technical Service team ensures that our customers' payroll processes run smoothly and without errors. We are responsible for the technical aspects of payroll accounting, from system parameterization to data migrations and interface integration. Become part of our team and contribute your expertise in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Your area of responsibility
* Management & development: You will manage the "Technical Service KIDICAP" team in technical and disciplinary terms and promote its continuous development.
* Technical responsibility: Ensuring stable payroll accounting processes including parameterizations, data migrations and error analyses.
* Process optimization: Automation and further development of workflows with modern technologies.
* Optimization & further development: ensuring an efficient payroll system landscape.
* Consulting & Support: for our customers, partners and external bodies.
* Release & update management: planning and implementation in collaboration with the IT department.
Your profile
* Leadership experience with team spirit, enthusiasm and social skills.
* Technical affinity: IT-oriented commercial training, business studies, business informatics or in a technical IT environment.
* Experience in IT: Automation and digitization of payroll processes, knowledge of Docker technology, (knowledge of HR software is an advantage, but can also be learned).
* Analytical thinking & problem solving skills for complex technical challenges.
* Initiative & innovative spirit to continuously develop our team and our processes.
