Your contributions will empower vendors with advanced tools to manage their operations, boosting their visibility and reach. Every feature you help build will create growth opportunities for businesses of all sizes, strengthening Delivery Hero’s ecosystem and impact. You will sit at the intersection of business, product, and operations, ensuring that our AI-powered agents not only work but scale reliably across 60 countries. These agents are designed to support restaurant partners by advising them, driving growth, and automating key workflows, and your job is to make sure this happens at speed and with impact. This is not a traditional ops role. We’re looking for someone with strong business acumen, structured thinking, and a drive to get things done in ambiguity. You may not have a background in product operations, and that’s okay. What matters more is your ability to move fast, solve tough problems, and collaborate across diverse teams. Design and operationalize scalable processes that support AI agent rollout, improvement, and adoption across markets Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, and market ops teams to turn product vision into execution Build structured performance evaluation and feedback mechanisms to monitor agent success and uncover friction points Support go-to-market, experimentation, and agent tuning initiatives to ensure local success and global consistency Translate business insights into product recommendations, acting as a strategic partner to the product and data leads
