We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and talented BIM Lead / Model Manager for a high-profile Pharmaceutical construction project, coordinating complex designs, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring the accuracy of project data. It’s a flexible hybrid opportunity with partial site-visits in the greater Frankfurt region.

Responsibilities
Your Role
1. BIM Project set-up and support/admin for a multi discipline project across multiple application platforms. (AutoCAD, Revit, NavisWorks etc.)
2. BIM integration/interoperability with internal design team members
3. BIM integration/interoperability with external vendors
4. Maintain BIM360 cloud models and reporting
5. BIM Software Installations and support
6. Coordination of 3rd party models
7. Communicate across mutiple discipline teams
8. Ensure compliance of all documentation with internal and client procedures
9. Co-ordinate the activities of other project leads and modellers/detailers so as to maintain coordinated design approach and clash avoidance
Qualifications
Your Profile
10. Degree educated in an Engineering or Architectural discipline or technical apprenticeship in CSA, Engineering and/or Construction Management
11. Ideally 10+ years of design experience
12. Expert Knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks
13. Construction execution experience in largescale Pharma/Life Sciences projects
14. Experience in BIM360 Modules desirable but not essential
15. Administration and Set-up of Revit Models essential
16. Excellent time management skills essential
17. Proficient in German and English
