2. Creation of diagrams, KPIs, and presentations

5. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for process enhancements
6. Opportunity to identify potential for securing the necessary personnel in the PME (Production Methods Engineering)

7. Technical education in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science
8. Experience or understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in the railway industry
9. Knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering, including writing manufacturing work instructions and line balancing
10. Familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, and Configuration follow-up
11. A strong understanding of Quality, EHS standards, and Ergonomics
12. Experience with Process FMEA, QRQC, and time analysis methods (MTM, MEK, UAS)
13. Fluent in English
14. Good communication and teamwork skills
15. Self-motivation and a conscientious, organized approach
