Regional Sales Director Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and success in our German market.
This is a key role where you will lead a team of field sales professionals, shape strategies, and contribute to long-term business objectives.
* Lead a team of over 50 Field Sales experts across Germany, including senior team leads;
* Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and operational excellence;
* Develop strategic plans that align with company-wide goals and local market needs;
* Cultivate high-value partnerships and execute targeted acquisition strategies;
* Work closely with Sales Support and Account Management to deliver seamless customer interactions;
* Partner with Lead Management to develop data-driven approaches for identifying top-partners;
* Collaborate with Sales Steering and Operations to ensure alignment of go-to-market strategies with global initiatives;
Requirements:
* Demonstrated track record of managing large teams and driving operational efficiency;
* Experience in achieving ambitious goals in global matrix driven sales organizations;
* Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with ability to interpret complex data;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively across departments;
* Proficiency in sales operations software and tools, including CRM systems and data analytics platforms;
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
* Fluent in German and English;
