Your Role As a German AI Data Trainer, you will: Craft & Solve German Prompts Write domain-specific questions and model answers in German Capture both user intents and ideal AI responses to form high-quality training pairs Design & Evolve Rubrics Define what “perfect” looks like: accuracy, clarity, depth Iterate rubrics based on model performance and feedback Evaluate & Coach Score AI outputs against your rubrics, noting logical or factual gaps Provide clear, step-by-step feedback that teaches the model to think Stress-Test & Harden Develop edge-case or adversarial queries to expose weaknesses Recommend improvements to training protocols for greater safety and robustness Who You Are Native German Speaker (C2): You know the language intimately.
