Your tasks
* Coordinate and book digital marketing campaigns for RTL AdAlliance's international clients.
* Ensure campaigns start on time and provide proof of activation where possible.
* Monitor and optimize campaign performance towards benchmarks, budget delivery, and client KPIs.
* Troubleshoot deals and campaigns to ensure revenue growth.
* Provide campaign insights and analysis with actionable recommendations.
* Manage and optimize programmatic and IO campaigns for all products (Digital Video, ATV, Display).
* Guide clients on tracking possibilities and vendor integrations based on the media partners included in the campaign strategy.
* Ensure that creatives and tags meet media partner technical specifications and tracking guidelines.
Your profile
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Media, Digital, or Business-related field
* 1-5 years of experience in digital campaign coordination and booking
* Strong understanding of digital advertising KPIs and media landscape
* Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level or higher)
* Analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Basic technological understanding of digital advertising platforms
