What You’ll Be Doing Design and develop electronic subsystems for advanced precision equipment. Create schematics, design PCB layouts, and validate prototypes from concept through to production. Integrate control electronics into complex mechanical and optical systems. Develop and refine embedded firmware and hardware-near drivers. Collaborate closely with software, mechanical, and systems engineering teams to ensure seamless integration. Analyse, test, and optimise electronic performance, ensuring reliability and precision. Oversee suppliers and development partners to maintain quality and delivery standards. Support the full product lifecycle — from initial design to commissioning and service. What You Bring Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline. Experience in circuit design, PCB layout, and embedded systems. Hands-on knowledge of microcontrollers, FPGA, and firmware programming (C/C++ or VHDL). Background in machinery, automation, or precision equipment development. Strong analytical skills and a practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving. Collaborative mindset and clear communication skills in English (German advantageous). Why This Role?
