As an IT Consultant with a focus on Business Analysis in the Public Sector, you will be part of a team driving the adoption of innovative technologies across federal, state, and public-sector organisations. With your solution-oriented mindset and strong IT expertise, you will unlock the full potential of our clients and drive innovation through tailored platforms, data and cloud migrations, microservices, blockchain, and AI.
You advise our public sector clients on digitalisation and transformation initiatives, analyze requirements and business processes, and design suitable software solutions based on these insights.
You will naturally collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of experts to develop technical solutions derived from customer requirements, integrating cutting-edge technologies such as cloud, data analytics, virtual reality, robotics, and process automation.
Experience in requirements engineering, business process analysis and modeling, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and contributing to the design of end-to-end IT implementation projects.
Experience working across the full software development lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support).
Solid understanding of software development concepts and hands-on programming experience, ideally in Java and/or JavaScript.
Confident communication skills in both German and English, with willingness to travel occasionally.
