Customer Service Team Lead
We are seeking a seasoned Customer Service Team Lead to spearhead our Energy Solutions division. This role will be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence and customer focus within the team.
* Leadership: Drive team stability and cohesion, providing direction and ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Order Management, Plant, and Logistic teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Coordination: Support Oracle deployment and standardize service commitments across the organization.
* Metrics & Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators to assess team performance, customer health, and overall success.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in leading, motivating, and developing high-performing Customer Service teams.
* Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and drive results-oriented decision-making.
* Strong initiative, perseverance, and grit, with a high-performance bar and a collaborative mindset.
* Proficient written and spoken German and English skills.
* University degree in Business Administration or completed commercial apprenticeship with several years of job experience.
* Approximately 3-5 years of experience in a comparable position.
