Development, definition and establishment of KPIs along Automotive SPICE relevant processes from SWE.1 to SWE.6 as well as SUP.1 and SUP.8Analysis of existing development and quality data and derivation of meaningful metrics to identify optimization potential.Coordination of KPI definitions with the responsible development departments and their technical support during implementationAutomated extraction of relevant information from databases via existing REST APIs using Python scripts and aggregation logic.Preparation and visualization of data streams in Power BI, including the creation of dashboards and reporting structures.Evaluation of results regarding process conformity, maturity level and quality risks in the software development processContributing to the further development of quality methodology in the context of Automotive SPICE and modern software engineering practices.Documentation of the developed key performance indicator systems and sustainable knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders Your profile
Successfully completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, software engineering or a comparable qualificationExcellent knowledge of software quality assurance, ideally with in-depth experience in the automotive or commercial vehicle sector.Solid experience with Automotive SPICE regarding assessment, interpretation and practical implementationExcellent Python skills, especially in the context of data queries, REST API integration, and data processing.Practical experience in Power BI regarding data modeling, dashboard design and KPI visualizationUnderstanding of modern software development processes such as CI/CD, version control and traceability, as well as agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban.Confident demeanor, structured work style and strong communication skills for coordination with interdisciplinary departmentsSolid knowledge of database structures such as SQL or NoSQLExperience in the successful implementation of new metrics or quality processes
