As the "Entry Programs" team, we are responsible for Lufthansa Technik's young talent programs. These include student internships, apprenticeships, dual studies and the trainee program. The development and promotion of talent is important to us - that's why we look forward to welcoming you as an intern for 6 months from January 2026. The internship is remunerated.
Tasks
The focus of this internship is on training. You will develop new ideas, support the development of concepts (e.g. for trainee retention) and bring fresh impetus to the further development of our training processes.
* You are responsible for organizing events for our junior employees, which serve to network and get to know the company
* You will get to know the various phases of the employee life cycle - from the start of training and onboarding through to hiring
* You plan and implement projects together with us Depending on the timing of your internship, these may include international programs, trainee events or familiarization trips
* You are available as a contact person for questions about starting a career - for student interns or at training events
* You support us in administrative activities such as the creation of guidelines and certificates

Requirements
To complete an internship at our company, you should be in your final semester of your Bachelor's degree, Master's degree or Gap Year at the time of the internship.
* Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
* Your study background is in the fields of economics, (business) psychology, human resources, social sciences or similar
* You have preferably already gained some practical experience through internships/part-time work
* You are characterized by a structured way of working, reliability and commitment
* You like to contribute your own creative ideas
* You are confident with the common MS Office products, especially Excel
* You have a very good command of English and German
