Process Engineer (m/f/d)
Your task:
1. Development of concepts and specifications as well as design and engineering of modules and machines
2. Planning and execution of process validations during the introduction of new equipment and products
3. Monitoring and analysis of manufacturing processes, including machine capability and process capability studies to determine key performance indicators
4. Identification and elimination of process instabilities and continuous optimization of manufacturing processes
5. Application of statistical methods for data-driven production control
6. Cross-functional collaboration with design, electronics, and software departments to optimally align machine processes with product requirements
7. Creation and maintenance of documentation in accordance with internal standards and customer specifications
Your profile:
8. Completed degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production engineering, or a comparable field
9. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
10. Solid knowledge of statistical analysis methods and quality management standards
11. Confident handling of analysis and evaluation software
12. Ability to work effectively in a team
13. Structured and independent working style
14. Strong communication skills
