We are currently supporting a well-established real estate investment firm in Hamburg in their search for an Analyst – Fund Management to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work with regulated real estate fund vehicles and support investment strategies for institutional investors.
Your Responsibilities
* Support the fund management of regulated real estate fund vehicles for institutional investors
* Contribute to the development and implementation of portfolio strategies across Office and Retail asset classes
* Prepare financial feasibility analyses, cash flow models, and performance analyses at both fund and asset level
* Assist with portfolio monitoring, reporting, and strategic decision-making processes
* Collaborate with internal teams across asset management, transactions, and finance
Your Profile
* Successfully completed university degree with a focus on Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or Financial/Business Mathematics
* Initial relevant professional experience in real estate fund management, portfolio management, or related areas such as transactions, valuation, or asset management
* Strong knowledge of cash flow modelling and portfolio analysis
* Excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of financial structures
* Fluent in German and English
