Your Job
1. Support IT Project and Portfolio ManagementAssist project managers in coordinating project activities, tracking milestones, and monitoring progress.Help maintain the IT project portfolio and contribute to project status reporting and dashboards.Participate in project planning, scheduling, and risk management activities.
2. Project Coordination and AdministrationOrganize and document project meetings, including preparing agendas, capturing meeting minutes, and following up on action items.Maintain and update project documentation such as project charters, issue logs, and change requests.Support governance and compliance with internal project management frameworks and standards.
3. Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with IT and business teams involved in investment management, back-office operations, and system support.Assist in preparing presentations and communication materials for internal stakeholders.Facilitate smooth information flow between IT, business users, and external vendors.
Your Profile
4. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
5. Strong interest in project management, financial systems, and asset management processes.
6. Basic understanding of IT project lifecycle, software development, and system operations.
7. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams).
9. Experience or familiarity with SimCorp Dimension or financial systems is an advantage, but not required.
10. Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and collaborate in cross-functional teams
11. Fluency in English (working language); German is a plus
12. Option to work either 16 or 20 hours per week
13. Available for at least 6 months, longer availability would be preferred
