Join Energy Web as a Sales Executive for Enterprises (Energy Sector Focus)


Remote – Based in Germany / Full-time / Travel up to 25%


Are you ready to lead enterprise growth at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and the global energy transition?


Energy Web is seeking a Sales Executive to drive digital transformation in the energy sector through our industry-leading B2B SaaS and platform-based solutions.


This is a strategic, customer-facing role with broad impact — combining business development leadership, technical engagement, and deep collaboration across teams.


Your Mission

You’ll shape and expand our enterprise presence in the energy sector by:


* Driving revenue growth and acquiring high-value enterprise customers
* Leading business development strategies aligned with Energy Web’s R&D roadmap
* Acting as a key technical advisor to customers and stakeholders
* Translating technical solutions into strategic value for our clients
* Managing R&D Circles and collaborating with product, marketing, and technical teams
* Monitoring industry trends and regulatory shifts to inform strategy


What You Bring


* 5+ years in business development or R&D-driven technology roles
* 3+ years in B2B enterprise sales, with a proven record of closing complex deals
* Strong experience with SaaS and platform-based solutions
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Deep knowledge of the energy sector is essential, including industry challenges, regulations, and digital transformation
* Ability to connect technical capabilities with commercial opportunities
* Fluency in German and English (written and verbal)
