Labor
1. Have to atleast two years of Experience in Germany (more on labour law)
2. Support the HR team in daily administrative and operational HR tasks.
3. Assist in the recruitment process: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and preparing onboarding materials.
4. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases in compliance with data protection regulations.
5. Help manage time tracking and attendance using our HR software.
6. Prepare standard HR documents such as contracts, confirmation letters, and termination letters.
7. Support payroll processes by collecting relevant employee data and documentation.
8. Act as a point of contact for basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
9. Assist in organizing employee training and development sessions.
10. Ensure proper documentation and filing of all personnel-related paperwork.
Perfil
11. Degree or vocational training in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
12. First experience in an HR department through internship, apprenticeship, or entry-level role is a plus.
13. High attention to detail, good organizational and communication skills.
14. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HR software is an advantage.
15. Discreet, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
16. Fluent in German (spoken and written); basic English required.
17. Must be based in or near Kelsterbach or willing to relocate.
