In the Faculty III: School of Economic Disciplines, VWL, Europäische Wirtschaftspolitik, we are looking for a researcher as of the 01.01.2026 at the following conditions:
1. 75% = 29,87 hours
2. Pay grade 13 TV-L
3. limited until 31.12.2028
Your tasks:
4. Develop and pursue an independent research project in the fields of international economics, European economics, political economy or development economics
5. Support the chair in research and teaching activities in these fields
6. Supervise students and support the chair in administrative work.
7. Prepare and teach tutorials in German and English language at the Bachelor and Master level.
8. Teaching duties: 3 semester hours per week
9. The position is intended to advance your academic qualifications. You are expected to prepare a dissertation (PhD equivalent) and will have the opportunity to do so within the framework of your tasks.
Your profile:
10. Master's or equivalent degree in economics
11. An outstanding degree in Economics at the master level with a specialization in international economics, development economics and/or political economy
12. Profound interests in theoretical and empirical research in those fields.
13. The ability to teach in German and English.
14. The ability to work in a team.
