YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage and position the global product portfolio for products in construction, adhesives and sealants, focusing on profitability, market trends and competitive landscape
* Oversee the full product lifecycle: development, positioning, launch, enhancement, communication, and phase-out
* Identify regional market needs and trends, define optimal market penetration
* Develop strategic pricing models
* Drive the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure continuous improvement
* Lead and inspire a diverse, multicultural laboratory team, foster collaboration
* Provide global application services and expertise, including lab work, customer trials, internal and external training, and participation in technical conferences
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
* Degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or equivalent qualification
* Extensive professional experience in a technical role within the construction and/or adhesive industries, with a strong focus on additives knowledge and application expertise
* Proven experience in portfolio management and market analysis
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Strong ability to co‑operate, co‑create, and establish strategies and processes to drive business success collaboratively in an international environment
* Strategic mindset, and a decisive approach to driving operational initiatives
* Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal; able to engage confidently across all levels of the organization
* Willingness to travel internationally
