Job Description
Have you completed your bachelor's degree and are eager to begin your career? However, are you also interested in pursuing a master's degree? Either/or? Both! We offer the ideal solution: our PreMaster Program provides practical experience to help you earn your master's degree. This means that you will gain on-the-job experience with us, which you can later expand upon academically during your studies.
* You boost real-time lab measurement insights by scaling, optimizing and continuously improving our live monitoring setup to reduce tester usage time
* Integrate advanced machine-learning algorithms to detect anomalies, error patterns and other insights in streamed lab data
* Work closely with users of the live monitoring service to gather feedback and transform it into impactful new features that improve daily workflows
* You design and develop intuitive user interfaces that make live monitoring results immediately accessible and actionable for engineers and stakeholders
* Define, implement and integrate LIMS interfaces to enable seamless data exchange and support our ongoing cloud migration efforts
* Build, maintain and enhance code, dashboards and algorithms that power the live monitoring ecosystem and visualize data-driven insights across the team
Qualifications
* Personality: Curiosity and commitment to enhancing engineering efficiency through data-driven insights, strong team spirit and enthusiasm for working with lab data and real-time monitoring systems
* Working Style: Structured, analytical and proactive problem-solver with the ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement practical solutions
* Experience: Hands-on experience in data analysis, machine learning and reporting using Python and Tableau, familiarity with data streaming, dashboards and data visualization; exposure to software development and cloud migration is a plus
* Languages: English (very good), German is a plus
* Education: Excellent bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Microsystems Technology, Physics or related technical fields
Additional Information
The Bosch PreMaster Program (Gap Year Program) is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees who want to complete a Master's degree. After the Bachelor's degree, the first phase provides up to 12 months' practical experience for familiarization with technical and business interrelationships. The second phase comprises the Master's course and includes personal mentoring on the road to successful completion.
