European Semiconductor Manufacturing Company is a joint venture between four technology leaders to establish a state-of-the-art semiconductor fab in Europe. To build the foundation of our future fab in Dresden, we are seeking a highly motivated Senior Architectural Engineer.
As a Senior Engineer, you will support the project in Civil, Structural and focus on Architectural and Real Estate Management as well as project management, including code interpretation, project planning and scheduling, resource monitoring and control, interface coordination, supervision on quality, safety, and security.
Key Responsibilities
* Become part of the facility team to build ESMC's 300mm semiconductor fab
* Support all construction and architectural design topic activities focusing on office and general infrastructure to be managed by our contractor. Ensure Compliance with local code and regulations
* Management of building related permits, including communication with related authorities or parties for construction issues
* Monitoring design progress of design consultant and identify potential risks based on construction schedule requirement
* Planning, allocation, monitoring of schedule, resource, support construction material selection process
* Interface coordination and integration between different construction contractors
* Assist in the creation, management, and maintenance of project documentation related to Building Information Modeling processes, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all project stakeholders
To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in CSA engineering or a related field. You should also be familiar with project scheduling software, graphic software, and Building Information Modeling software.
