Your Role and Responsibilities:
* Perform in-depth cost and profitability analyses.
* Collaborate across departments to optimize financial processes.
* Provide support for financial statements and reporting.
* Maintain and analyze master data in SAP to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
* A degree in business studies (controlling focus) or equivalent professional experience.
* At least 5 years of experience in controlling, with advanced skills in MS Excel and SAP R/3.
* A highly analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and a hands-on approach.
* Fluency in German (C1 or higher) and good proficiency in English (B2).
