Working Student (m/f/x) Compliance Policies and Procedures
– limited to 12 months –
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Support the development of policies and procedures with the supervision of the Compliance Officer for policies and procedures
2. Perform technical checks of policy and procedure content
3. Administer the roll out of policies and procedures throughout Daiichi Sankyo Europe, monitor implementation
4. Support the Legal and Compliance team in updating and maintaining the self-service SharePoint intranet portal
5. Be accountable for data collection for metrics
6. Other activities to be determined depending on evolving business need
Personal skills and professional experience:
7. Currently pursuing a degree at a recognized university in Germany
8. Ability to focus on details, ensuring tasks are completed with utmost care and precision.
9. Proactive approach and willingness to embrace new topics and tasks. An open-minded and adaptable attitude facilitates taking on diverse challenges and contributing innovative ideas
10. Expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, allowing efficient creation, management, and presentation of data and information
11. Excellent command of both written and spoken English
