As part of our development, we are looking for an Operations & Administration Manager to oversee the full scope of the subsidiary’s activities and act as the key interface between local teams and Group support functions.
Operations & Supply Chain management
● Ensure operational performance, quality and compliance of flows
● Oversee maintenance, safety, compliance and environmental requirements
Ensure accuracy of financial data and Group reporting
● HR & local management
● Participate in recruitment and onboarding
● Lead performance and annual review processes
● Customer service & sales support
● Manage orders, tenders and customer data in the ERP
● Support the Business Development Manager
We are looking for a hands-on, structured and versatile professional, able to operate in an international and cross-functional environment.
✔ Significant experience in a similar role (industry, logistics or international subsidiary)
● Experience in production environments, site management or continuous improvement is a plus
✔ Fluent German is mandatory
● Professional English is mandatory
Full-time position based in Oberraden, Germany
● 7-person subsidiary within a structured international group
● Reporting to EMEA Regional Management, in close interaction with Group functions (Finance, HR, Supply Chain)
