16. Domain knowledge in quality and operations, data and ai expertise, with knowledge of the Siemens Data Ecosystem being advantageous
17. Strong foundation in data infrastructure, analytics frameworks, and data management
18. Programming proficiency in SQL and preferably Python
19. Familiarity with agile work methodologies
20. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
21. Strong affinity for cloud-based ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure) and related tools
22. Proficient in data architecture, solution design, and experience steering the execution of data products from pre-sales to implementation
