Your Tasks
1. Planning and implementation of personnel development measures, further training, and employee qualification in line with the requirements of the company, including independent coordination with the individual departments
2. Contact person and advisor for managers and employees in all personnel development and qualification issues, as well as interface in HR/training issues for the works council
3. Preparation and participation in internal and external HR audits Continuous strategic development of qualification programs, also with regard to related topics such as getting to know and understanding the company, employee retention, etc.
4. Structuring existing and identifying new development opportunities, ongoing needs analysis, and quality assurance management for the respective measures
5. Design, preparation, coordination, and implementation of training courses, workshops, or other dialogue formats for various target groups, taking into account modern methods/instruments
6. Support, administration, and continuous expansion of the digital learning offerings of our Polaris learning portal (LMS) within the HR platform Cornerstone
7. Development and creation of e-learning formats and online training courses using PowerPoint and Adobe Captivate, taking into account didactic and operational requirements
8. Trainer selection and support
9. Independent management of selected HR projects
Your Qualifications
10. Completed degree with a focus on human resources or knowledge and skills acquired in other ways, as well as several years of relevant professional experience
11. Demonstrable successes and experience from comparable activities in both strategic and operational human resources development
12. Good comprehension and creativity
13. Existing presentation and negotiation skills, as well as sales skills
14. Strong cooperation and communication skills, planning and (self-)organizational talent
15. Entrepreneurial thinking, innovative ability, decision-making ability
16. Good MS Office skills and IT-affinity are an advantage
17. Good English skills are desirable
