Create and implement Target Operating Models (TOM) in close collaboration with clients to address risks, improve efficiency, and strengthen financial market infrastructures. Your ticket Your educational foundation is a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree, MBA, or PhD is a strong plus. You bring 3–7 years of experience and a deep understanding of market mechanisms, focusing strongly on financial operations, settlement, collateral management, custody, or post-trade services. Regulatory frameworks like T1 Settlement, MiFID II, CSDR, or Basel III are familiar to you, and you understand their practical implications on daily operations. You have a tech-savvy mindset and are well-versed in automation, AI, and blockchain technologies, fully grasping their transformative impact on settlement processes. You successfully design and implement functional and technical architectures, as well as operating models for financial operations in practice. You thrive in leading projects and collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams in dynamic environments. Confidently and precisely, you communicate in both German and English to make complex technical and regulatory topics easily understandable for diverse stakeholders.
