Your Job Tasks:
1. Translate the HR business plans into operational plans and lead the HR planning process in Europe region
2. Ensure the development and implementation of HR programs such as manpower planning, recruiting & staffing, performance management, compensation & benefit schemes for Europe region derived from Global HR policy and other corporate directives
3. Determine and implement labour relations. Oversee labour and employee relations activities to ensure positive and productive relations are maintained.
4. Advise the Management in the field of labour law in Europe region
5. Ensure compliance to corporate directives and employment legislation within Europe region and establish standard operation procedures to ensure proper documentation and control.
6. Act as coach on HR issues to the Management and executives
7. Ensure the development and implementation of the HR budget and other related financial measures
8. Ensure an efficient and accurate HR reporting
9. Ensure the communication of HR related management decisions to the employees
10. Ensure Pay roll services and other HR related services from HR providers.
11. Recruiting (creation of HCR, approval-process, job advertisements & interviews together with requesting departments)
12. Drive all labor-law issues that arise
13. Ensure that HR insurances get renewed / deleted on a yearly cross-check base
14. Trainings (managing overviews and drive request-process)
15. Guide Site Supervisor with the department Site Services
Job Requirements
Your Knowledge:
Bachelor Degree of Human Resources or Business Administration with major field in HR management
16. 5- 10 years of experience and profound knowledge in HR with MNC
17. Knowledge of HR & Admin related processes such as recruitment, compensation & benefit, training, succession plan
18. Good working knowledge on labour law principles in Europe
19. Strong strategic, analytical and problem solving skills
20. Excellent management, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
21. Fluent in English
